Program & Community Development Manager

The Program & Community Development Manager is responsible for participant intake, the development and delivery of programs and services and Instructing staff support.
Assistant Program & Community Development Manager
Janice O'Connor
The Assistant Program and Community Development Manager assists with the daily development and delivery of programs and services, and supports Onemda’s training and volunteering portfolios.
Quality and Service Development Manager
Kellie Prvan
Responsible for Onemda's Continuous Quality Improvement and developing service systems and processes.
Facilities Manager
Travis Flanagan
Responsible for all facilities, maintenance, safety and transport management and reports to the Chief Executive Officer and Business and Finance Manager.
Onemda provides support options to adults with intellectual disability on campus and in a variety of community venues. Onemda has a number of specialised programs and supports, with an emphasis on individual needs and interests, developing skills and enriching lives.
