ENROLMENTS
Onemda provides group based placement services. Adults aged 18 and over who have an intellectual disability and have been assessed as eligible for services by the Department of Human Services, or deemed eligible by an external authority, may seek enrolment. The offer of services is at Onemda’s discretion upon consideration of the person’s needs and the organisation's capacity to provide services in line with the Disability Services Access policy 2007.
We encourage visits to our service to assist in making a decision regarding the suitability of Onemda’s services.
FEES
Onemda charges an attendance fee to all participants. A transport levy is also charged for those people accessing Onemda transport to and from their home. This levy is aligned within the Mobility Allowance. Weekly program fees are based on the programs and activities in which the person participates.
Fees and transport levy are increased annually in line with the Consumer Price Index and increases in Mobility Allowance.
The preferred method of payment is via direct debit, to obtain a copy of the Direct Debit form, please click on the link below. All completed forms can be sent via email to jdalton@onemda.com.au, or to our postal address at 123 Andersons Creek Rd, Doncaster East 3109
TRANSPORT
Onemda provides a limited transport service between people’s homes and the service. Access to this service is not automatic and is primarily based upon need, geographical location within designated catchment regions and Onemda’s capacity to provide this service.
Onemda provides support options to adults with intellectual disability on campus and in a variety of community venues. Onemda has a number of specialised programs and supports, with an emphasis on individual needs and interests, developing skills and enriching lives.
