At Onemda we work together with participants, their families, schools and support networks to help make the transition into our adult services a smooth one. We take the time to get to know you, your needs and goals to determine how we can best support you now and in the future. Our skilled and friendly staff are available now to assist you with any questions you might have.

OUR SERVICES
GROUP LEARNING AND SUPPORT SERVICES
Our Group Learning and Support Services provide adults with intellectual disability the education, experiences and support required to help meet their goals. We offer a range of programs that cater to our participants individual needs and capabilities, while providing tailored care and support, including:
- Pathways to Independence and Employment: Empowers participants to pursue their life goals and career options in a vibrant and supportive environment. More information
- Living, Learning and Social Skills: Support participants to develop their everyday life skills for greater independence, connection and control. More information
- High Care and Wellbeing: Supports participants to maintain their health and wellbeing through positive interactions and experiences while providing tailored care and support. More information
THERAPY SERVICES
Our highly skilled Therapy team offer a range of individually tailored one-to-one therapy services aimed at supporting the unique therapeutic needs of people with disability. Our services include speech pathology, occupational therapy, exercise physiology, physiotherapy and allied health assistance. More information
SUPPORT COORDINATION
Our highly skilled Support Coordinators work together with you and your support networks to help you exercise choice and control and maximise your NDIS funds. More information
