Onemda is managed by a voluntary board comprising parents, business and community representatives. The Onemda Board currently comprises:


Greg SchinckGreg Schinck

Greg has a background in Investment Banking, Economics and Business and is currently the Chief Procurement Officer at Cenitex. He has served as Chair on the Ombudsman Victoria Audit & Risk Committee and joined the Onemda Board in 2012, providing advice and guidance in risk management. Greg also contributes to AQA where he is a Board Director and member of their Audit and Finance Committee. Greg holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Masters of Business Administration.


Maria Cendana-PaivaMaria Cendana-Paiva
Maria is a medical practitioner and currently holds the position of Quality Accreditation Officer. Maria has an extensive portfolio of community positions and consultancy work, including chairperson of the Governance Committee of the division of General Practitioners, and has been on the Onemda Board since 2007. She has made a significant contribution to the Quality Improvement & Policy Committee, ensuring that Onemda is meeting the highest standards of service provision. Maria has a Bachelor of Science, A Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, A Masters in Public Health (Health Service Management) and has completed studies in Medical Administration.

Geoff Kidd
Geoff was a senior technical officer at the Australian Radiation Protection and NuclearGeoff Kidd Safety Agency for over 30 years. He has also been heavily involved in theatre arts and music, and is a life member of the Victorian Drama League. Geoff has served on the Onemda Board since 2007, in the role of chairperson since 2010. Geoff has guided the board in a number of areas such as policy development and helped shape the strategic direction of the organisation. Geoff holds an Associate Diploma of Medical Nucleography, Diploma of Digital Electronics and a Post Graduate Diploma of Advanced Software Techniques.


Tony Monley OAMTony Monley OAM
Tony has spent his career in financial and management roles in the energy industry around Australia and South East Asia.  Tony has also served as a government-appointed non-executive director on several state enterprise boards.  Tony is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.  Tony has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, a Graduate Diploma in IT from RMIT and a Masters Degree in Finance from Monash University.Tony has been actively involved in community service and social justice throughout his working life.  As a member of Rotary, Tony has served as District Governor and has led a number of domestic and international philanthropic and professional development projects.  Tony serves on the boards of several local community agencies where his focus is to bring sound corporate governance and financial control skills to the not-for-profit sector.  Tony is a White Ribbon Ambassador and was awarded a Menzies award for community service in 2011, Manningham Citizen of the Year in 2015 and a Medal of the Order of Australia in 2016.

Julie BurtonJulie Burton
Julie has a background in finance and has had a significant role in many community voluntary organisations. These have included early intervention programmes, recreation programs for children with disabilities and the Committee of Management at Bulleen Heights School. Julie has been on the Onemda Board since 2011 and currently represents Onemda’s Family Advocacy Network.

Bill CracknellBill Cracknell
Bill has held a range of operational management roles within the pharmaceutical industry for both local Australian and multi-national companies and is currently the Director of R & D Influenza Operations. Bill is Chairperson of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association and Influenza Vaccine Supply International Task Force and a member of many professional organisations. He has been on the Onemda Board since 2010 and has assisted in shaping the Onemda Strategic Plan. Bill has a Bachelor in Pharmacy and a Graduate Diploma in Management.

Kate ClampettKate Clampett
Kate has extensive management experience in the community services sector and has been a community neighbourhood house manager for a number of years. Kate has a large volunteer portfolio and has provided assistance for asylum seekers, the elderly and women at risk of domestic violence. Kate joined the Onemda Board in 2010 and has been a valuable connection with community activities. Kate has a Diploma in Welfare & Community Development.

Grace RoyGrace Roy
Grace has a background in finance and has held a number of senior positions in banking institutions. Grace has also been involved in business ownership and ran her own café for a number of years. She is an Asia Literacy Ambassador which aims to support school communities to stimulate and increase students demand for Asia literacy and is also a committee member of the Australian Chinese Events Committee. Grace joined the Onemda Board in 2013 and is looking forward to being a part of the organisation. Grace holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and a Bachelor of Business & Science.

Luong TaLuong Ta
Luong has a background in energy and fuel industry across Asia Pacific in management roles in across Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance. Luong is experienced in leading through change, creating commercial opportunities and optimising supply chains. Luong has been on the Onemda Board since 2016 and is looking forward to being  part of Onemda organisation and its future direction. Luong has a Bachelor of Accounting and a Master in Business Administration.


Kate Badgery-Parker  

Kate is a senior marketing manager and strategist with core strengths in marketing strategy, strategic management and planning.   She has over 14 years corporate marketing experience primarily in mass market organisations, plus 10 years in agencies / marketing consulting.  Kate joined the Onemda Board in 2017 to provide advice in the areas of strategic marketing and growth strategy.    She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing), a Bachelor of Arts (Politics)  and a Masters of Marketing


Kelly Shultz

Kelly has built her career on improving customer experiences, principally for people with disability and those in vulnerable circumstances. She has broad and deep experience in service, product, and process design within heavily regulated industries. Born with a rare, genetic, eye condition, Kelly has been legally blind since birth. Kelly has completed studies in innovation and leadership at Stanford University and Melbourne University. She is looking forward to supporting Onemda’s mission and growing innovation practice.
