Onemda Board

Onemda is managed by a voluntary board comprising parents, business and community representatives. The Onemda Board currently comprises:

CHAIR

Bill Cracknell

Bill has held a range of operational management roles within the pharmaceutical industry for both local Australian and multi-national companies. Bill has been a member of the Onemda Board since 2010 and has assisted in shaping Onemda's Strategic Plan. In 2022, Bill was appointed to Chair of the Board.

Kelly Schulz

Kelly has built her career on improving customer experiences, principally for people with disability and those in vulnerable circumstances. Kelly has been a member of the Onemda Board since 2018 and became Vice Chair in 2022.

Greg Rimmer-Hollyman

Greg has extensive experience in governance, risk management and auditing, including in the disability sector. Greg has been a member of the Onemda Board since 2020.

Greg Schinck

Greg has a background in Investment Banking, Economics and Business. Greg joined the Onemda Board in 2012, providing advice and guidance in risk management.

Kim Trotter

Kim has a background in the vocational education and publishing sectors and currently manages a not-for-profit organisation, Aspire Learning Resources. Kim has been a member of the Onemda Board since 2017.

Kate Badgery-Parker

Kate is a senior marketing manager and strategist with core strengths in marketing strategy, strategic management and planning. Kate has been a member of the Onemda Board since 2017.

Praveen Reddy

Praveen has broad experience in the public and private sectors in the areas of governance, business case preparation, information technology, human resources, budgetary and financial literacy and public policy development. Praveen has been a member of the Onemda Board since 2018.

Lara Griffin

Lara has over 20 years’ experience delivering business strategy and transformation, compliance and risk management in the community, healthcare and emergency services, therapeutic goods manufacturing and not-for-profit industries. Lara has been a member of the Onemda Board since 2021.

Dr Suzanne Evas

Suzanne has over 25 years’ experience in coordination and project management roles as an allied health practitioner, researcher/evaluator, educator, and policy officer. Suzanne has been a member of the Onemda Board since 2021.

Peri Hunter

Peri is a senior corporate executive recognised for her expertise in commercial partnerships, corporate governance, risk mitigation, and delivering business transformation. Peri has been a member of the Onemda Board since 2021.
